At Kyoritsu Seisakusho, we manufacture "control valve spools" for medium-sized hydraulic excavators ranging from 7 to 30 tons. We carry out all processes in-house, including lathe machining, M/C machining, thermal deburring, heat treatment, and polishing. Our company adds a process called thermal deburring. We perform deburring both manually and mechanically. Additionally, for some customers, we deliver products that can be assembled directly into control valves after finishing polishing, including the assembly of springs and plugs, allowing us to respond flexibly to customer requests.
